Chex-All® II Instant-Sealing Sterilization Pouches offer a robust and reliable solution for containing instruments during both steam and ethylene oxide (EO|EtO) sterilization processes. Designed with efficiency and safety in mind, these pouches streamline your sterilization workflow while providing superior protection for your valuable instruments.


Chex-All® II integrated pre-printed process indicators. Strategically placed, these crucial indicators are both inside and outside the pouch. This allows for clear, immediate verification of sterilization exposure.


For steam sterilization, the indicator distinctly changes from YELLOW to GREY/BLACK, confirming we’ve met the necessary conditions. Similarly, after ethylene oxide sterilization, the indicator boldly shifts from a vibrant RED to a clear GREEN, visually assuring you of a successful cycle. This dual-indicator system eliminates the need for external indicator strips, saving you time and reducing potential errors.


The integrity of the seal is paramount in maintaining instrument sterility, and Chex-All® II Instant-Sealing Sterilization Pouches excels in this regard. The pouches feature a durable 3/4″ wide adhesive line that creates a strong, flat, and impenetrable seal. This adhesive is specifically engineered to withstand the rigorous conditions of both steam and ethylene oxide exposure, ensuring that the seal remains intact throughout the sterilization process and beyond.
